ROLLER CONVEYORS

Drive Roller Conveyor:

In roller conveyors with drive rollers, the rolls are driven by the chain running through the motor reducer system and circulating along the conveyor. In normal types, the drive is wound on a double-row gear to provide a strong drive from roll to roll. The spacing of the rolls is determined by the roll diameters and the material and the type of product to be transported. Galvanized, rubber or PVC coated rolls can be designed according to the characteristics of the work. It is ideal to use roller conveyor to take various loads.

 Free Roller Conveyor:

Free Roller Conveyor material transport height difference, the first speed gained system, parcels, packages and similar products with human or machine propulsion power is provided. In these conveyors, the force is applied directly to the load. Conveyor Rollers rotate through the friction of the load that makes the shifting movement along the conveyor bed. The intervals of the rolls are determined according to the diameter of the roll and the type of product to be transported.
